We collect student name, parent name, phone number, email address, class, and course interest when you submit an enquiry form on this website. We also collect attendance and academic performance data for enrolled students as part of our KYC (Know Your Child) programme.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to: (a) respond to your admissions enquiry, (b) communicate course information, batch schedules, and fee details, (c) generate monthly KYC reports for enrolled students and their parents, and (d) send important academic notifications.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. Your data is shared only with the Edukare Academy faculty and administrative staff on a need-to-know basis.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Data Retention
Personal data of enquiries is retained for up to 12 months. Data of enrolled students is retained for the duration of the academic programme and for up to 2 years thereafter for record purposes.
6. Your Rights
